Drivers $900 a week Helpers $700 a week 6 day a week schedule Mon – Sat (7:30am till Completion of deliveries) Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks, while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries, adjusting as necessary based on traffic or weather conditions. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization. Experience Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety practices is essential. Experience with heavy lifting and loading/unloading goods is required. Knowledge of route driving within the local area is beneficial. Forklift operation experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
