Delivery Driver Three Whitti Enterprises Saint Petersburg, FL 33709 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle various types of vehicles, including vans and box trucks. Duties Operate delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks, in a safe and efficient manner. Load and unload products using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Navigate routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining signatures when necessary. Assist in the organization of the warehouse or delivery area as needed. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience as a van driver or in commercial driving preferred. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Familiarity with using pallet jacks and forklifts is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Previous experience as a courier or in a delivery role is beneficial. Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
