We are currently seeking a Part-Time, 15hrs per week (3 hours per day M-F) Driver/Transporter for our Weissman Adult Day Center within our Samson Nursing Center.
A successful candidate will possess:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have previous driver/transport experience And willingness to be trained in basic transfer techniques and safe ambulation techniques is required. Prior experience assisting seniors is preferred Prior experience as an EMT or CNA is ideal , but not required As our Driver/Transporter you will follow a pre-established route for pick up and return of Day Center participants and provide non-medical transport of new admissions, resident appointments and discharging residents.
