Fleet Delivery Driver Position Available In Sarasota, Florida

We are a leading General Contracting firm based in Sarasota, FL, specializing in high-rise restoration, including windows, doors, aluminum handrails, and screen walls. We are looking for a dedicated delivery driver to join our team. Part-Time to Full-Time hours, will depend on the number of deliveries required each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver job materials to various jobsites along the West and East coasts of Florida.
• Pick up supplies, windows, doors, and scrap from job sites.
• Drive a Dodge 5500 Diesel Flatbed truck and, occasionally, a Volvo 40′ flat truck with a donkey forklift.
• Load and unload supplies/products onto and off of the delivery truck and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and Project Foreman to confirm deliveries and pickups.
• Assist at the warehouse when there are no deliveries scheduled.
• Maintain a daily log of hours and job stops.
• Check-in and check-out materials at job sites.
• Driver will be required to maintain trucks/trailers to keep them up to date.

Requirements:

• Valid, clean driver’s license (CDL is preferred).
• Clean driving record.
• Dependable and drug/alcohol-free.
• Ability to drive long hours during the day.
• Experience operating forklifts and donkeys safely (training and certification provided).
