Holler and Classic Family Collection of Dealerships is adding to our Team resulting in an immediate need for a strong candidate to fill a Parts Driver position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Delivers parts and accessories to respective client in a timely and safe manner Computer skills to assist with receiving parts and packages Plan routes to ensure timely delivery and pick up of all orders. Maintain working knowledge of parts inventory Maintain delivery / pick up register, accept payment for deliveries from clients Support the parts department by identifying and reporting the needs of the inventory Have excellent communication skills and the highest customer service. Examine customer parts and returns and determine acceptability accordance with company policy Operate company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner Ensure proper maintenance of delivery vehicle to include checking oil and fuel, keeping vehicle neat and clean and reporting all accidents and damage malfunctions to Parts Manager Communicate with dispatcher via two – way radio at all time Report all customer concerns to Parts Manager immediately Check invoices against stock received as instructed by Parts Manager Assist with annual inventory as instructed Maintain and update bin labels as required or appropriate Assure proper storage of all newly received parts Handle special orders of special items and follow through with notification to owners Maintain a clean work area Help maintain parts stock in an orderly condition Return parts to proper location Any other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills Good judgment and ability to work well with others Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Pass background screening requirement
