The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate routes efficiently, and a commitment to safety. Duties Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring safe handling of items. Drive along designated routes to deliver packages in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation. Navigate using GPS and maps to optimize delivery routes. Assist in warehouse operations when not on the road, including inventory management and organization. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience in commercial driving or as a courier preferred. Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including vans and box trucks; familiarity with manual transmission is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Previous experience in route driving or warehouse settings is advantageous. Must be able to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods during loading and unloading activities. A reliable work ethic with punctuality and professionalism at all times.
