POSITION
Transportation Driver, Part-Time Summer 2025 Lake Mary Preparatory School, founded in 1999, is ranked as the #1 Best Private High School in Seminole County. Serving students in grades PreK 4 through 12, our mission is to ignite the full academic potential of each student through engaging instruction, meaningful feedback, and authentic assessment in a supportive, student-centered environment. We are seeking an experienced transportation driver for our summer camp. Camp will run from the end of May until August 1. Individual will be operating a 15-passenger van. Hours will vary based upon weekly schedules but we anticipate needing someone approximately 20-25 hours per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide transportation for summer camp field trips Ensure the safety of passengers by following traffic laws, safety procedures, and transit regulations Keep the 15-passenger van clean and presentable Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance Communicate effectively with Summer Camp Counselors and assist them with the supervision of campers
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid Class E driver’s license required Experience working with children
