!! 904-405-2706 We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the delivery of goods to customers, ensuring that products are transported safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work collaboratively with drivers to meet delivery schedules. Duties Assist the driver in loading and unloading items from the vehicle. Ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Help navigate routes and ensure accurate delivery of products. Handle heavy lifting and moving of packages as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Report any issues or discrepancies encountered during deliveries. Skills Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients. Experience as a van driver or in route driving is preferred. Familiarity with moving and warehouse operations is beneficial. Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmission is a plus. Capability for heavy lifting, as some packages may be substantial in weight. Previous experience in commercial driving or operating box trucks is advantageous. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
