PM Position Reports To:
Owner, Kitchen Manager Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Deliver food safely and in a clean environment to our customers. Production of foods following recipes and guidelines for restaurant. Maintaining organization of food storage, meet sanitation and cleanliness standards. Follow cleaning schedule for kitchen and storage areas.
Working Guidelines:
Direct contact with all owners, managers, and employees. Act professionally and can be flexible in a changing environment. Excellent attendance is required with schedule flexibility determined by business needs.
