Appliance Installer/Delivery Driver Brak logistics Marietta, GA 30062 Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment as needed. If you have experience in delivery driving, customer service, or technical fields such as appliance repair or electrical work, we encourage you to apply. Duties Safely operate a box truck to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring all products are secured for transport. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from customers. Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance as needed during deliveries. Interpret schematics and technical documents related to the products being delivered. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route taken. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient loading processes and inventory management. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Skills Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Mechanical knowledge, particularly in equipment repair or appliance repair, is highly desirable. Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions as needed. Experience in field service roles can be beneficial for this position. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
