We’re looking for a motivated, strategic, and results-driven Food and Delivery Manager with a strong sales background to help expand our partner network, drive user growth, and ensure top-tier delivery execution. Job Summary As a Food and Delivery Manager, you will lead the coordination of app-based delivery operations while focusing heavily on identifying new business opportunities and securing high-value partnerships. You will play a key role in scaling our platform by developing and executing B2B sales strategies and working closely with marketing and operations teams.

Responsibilities Delivery Operations & Project Management:

Oversee the planning and execution of delivery operations to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, customer support, operations) to streamline delivery workflows. Track KPIs and continuously optimize delivery performance.

Sales & Business Development:

Identify, approach, and secure new restaurant, grocery, and local business partners. Create and manage a strong pipeline of B2B prospects using CRM tools. Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and onboard new partners. Maintain ongoing relationships with existing partners to encourage retention and growth. Analyze sales data to identify trends and refine sales strategies.

Marketing & Growth Collaboration:

Work with marketing to develop campaigns that drive user acquisition and order volume. Assist in the creation of pitch decks, case studies, and promotional materials. Participate in events and outreach initiatives to raise brand visibility. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or operations—preferably in app-based delivery, food tech, or logistics. Proven success in closing deals and managing sales pipelines. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Data-driven with the ability to set and track performance metrics. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
