In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, inventory management experience, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Duties Perform Love-Encore redeliveries with new owners to address and solve lingering functionality questions subsequent to the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist new owners in personalizing their Subaru vehicle technology settings. Ensure that a first Service appointment has been scheduled. Assist the Subaru Sales department with customer technology questions and concerns prior to purchase. Utilize and maintain resources at the retailer to assist in technology related questions and provide information support to teammates. Assist the Subaru Service department with customer technology questions and concerns on the service drive. Assist Sales Consultants, as needed, to ensure a detailed delivery takes place, including a through explanation of the proper operation of vehicle features, as well as reviewing all documentation and resources available. Setting a realistic expectation regarding time needed for the delivery process and offering the availability of a Love-Encore redelivery. Explain Subaru

Telematics services. Update the retailer customer contact areas with current Point of Purchase material. Preparing and inspecting the new Subaru vehicle prior to delivery to ensure the vehicle is ready to be presented to the new owner. Deliver an exceptional Subaru experience in all customer interactions Requirements Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Previous experience in customer service. Driven to grow and exceed customers expectations.
