This is a Part Time role

JOB SUMMARY

Sysco has immediate jobopenings for dependable Class C Special Delivery Truck Drivers tosafely and efficiently operate a truck, and manually unload/delivervarious products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, drygoods, supplies, etc.) to customer locations on an assigned routeschedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer andbecome familiar with their operations to meet needs andexpectations by having a positive, friendly attitude. While thisposition does not require a Class A or B commercial driver’slicense, individuals hired who do possess a Class A or B licensemay be required on an as-needed basis to operate a tractor-trailerand will need to meet all DOT driver qualification requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

• 21 years of age.
• Must submit to apre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to read and speak the Englishlanguage sufficiently to converse with the general public, tounderstand highway traffic signs and signals in the Englishlanguage, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries onreports and records. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
• Class C/Standard Operator Driver License. Physical Demands
• Touchfreight
• may need to lift, push or move product weighing anaverage of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds.
