Full Job Description Overview:

As a Bounce House Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering inflatable bounce houses and other party rental equipment to various events and locations. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining equipment in good condition, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

Safe Transportation:

Operate company vehicles (such as trucks or vans) to transport inflatable bounce houses and party rental equipment to designated event locations. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safe delivery of equipment.

Delivery and Setup:

Deliver inflatable bounce houses and other party rental equipment to customer locations promptly and efficiently. Set up equipment according to safety guidelines and customer specifications, ensuring proper anchoring and stability.

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine inspections of bounce houses and party rental equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition before and after each delivery. Report any damages or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for repair or replacement.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients professionally, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered equipment. Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers at all times.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures for delivered equipment, mileage logs, and any other required documentation. Submit paperwork promptly to the appropriate personnel for processing. Adherence to

Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance, equipment handling, and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations governing the transportation and delivery of inflatable bounce houses and party rental equipment.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Prior experience in delivery or transportation preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with equipment setup and delivery. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and a strong focus on safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
