In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving delicious food from our mobile kitchen. You will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our customers, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and sanitation. Responsibilities A food truck driver plays a crucial role in mobile food service, combining driving skills with customer service and food handling.

Here are the key responsibilities:

Driving & Route Planning :

Safely operate the food truck, plan efficient routes, and comply with traffic laws.

Food Preparation & Service :

Assist in food preparation, serve customers, and maintain food safety standards.

Inventory Management :

Stock ingredients, track supplies, and ensure proper storage.

Truck Maintenance :

Perform regular vehicle inspections, clean the truck, and report mechanical issues.

Customer Interaction :

Take orders, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service.

Compliance & Safety :

Follow health regulations, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food is stored at appropriate temperatures. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred, especially in quick-service fast food restaurants or grocery stores. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices. Experience operating cash registers and handling cash transactions is a plus. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Must have a
