Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Box Truck Driver to join our delivery team. This role involves operating a 26ft box truck to complete last-mile deliveries of furniture and providing white glove service to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and experience handling and assembling furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 26ft box truck to deliver furniture to residential and commercial customers. Perform last-mile deliveries with a focus on timeliness and customer satisfaction. Provide white glove service, including room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, light assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth delivery operations. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues. Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures as required. Handle furniture with care to prevent damage during loading, transport, and delivery.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience driving a 26ft box truck or similar vehicle. Previous experience in furniture delivery and/or white glove service preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 100 lbs) with or without assistance. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
