JOB PURPOSE
Associates must deliver/assist in the delivery of kitchen and bathroom cabinets to new construction 5am to 2pm weekdays- 75 to 200 cabinets per day. Language Skills Read, write, and speak English effectively, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, specifications, and financial reports. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Effectively present information to top management. Knowledge and Skills Previous experience using Shipping/Warehouse Management Systems is needed. Must be a self motivator willing to make decisions with little supervision. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to lead and develop a group of Shipping/Warehouse employees in daily activities. Ability to create positive change through process improvements. Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail. Must be flexible with work schedule. Principals only.
