Summary We are seeking a Route Driver to join our dynamic team at Engelman’s Bakery. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering our award-winning products to customers while ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to designated locations. Load and unload bakery products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Plan and follow optimal routes for timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients. Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies. Requirements Valid driver’s license preferred. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role. Ability to operate box trucks and manual transmission vehicles. Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
