We are seeking a responsible and reliable Part-time Medication Delivery Technician to join our team. The Delivery Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to various locations. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe and Timely Deliveries:
Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to designated locations while adhering to company and regulatory safety standards.
Route Management:
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries. Adjust routes based on traffic, weather, and other conditions to meet delivery schedules.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions with clients and customers. Address any delivery-related inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.
Compliance:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the transportation of pharmaceutical products. Ensure all deliveries are completed following company policies and procedures.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Perform regular maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the Operations Manager.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, recipient signatures, and any discrepancies. Complete all required documentation and submit it in a timely manner.
Safety Standards:
Adhere to all safety standards and protocols, including the proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical products during transport.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the pharmacy team and other staff members to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth operations.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Previous experience as a delivery driver, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Licenses:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) may be required depending on the vehicle type.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Physical Requirements:
