The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to read schematics and provide excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues in the field, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship. Duties Install and repair appliances and equipment at customer locations, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Perform routine maintenance checks on installed equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, utilizing knowledge of schematics to diagnose problems effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during installations. Collaborate with team members to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely service. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in appliance technology to enhance service delivery. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician or Installer in the field of appliance repair or equipment installation. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with electrical systems. Familiarity with refrigeration systems is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to installation processes. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients. Previous experience in field service roles is an advantage. Valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
