Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Operations Support Driver to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our janitorial services. This individual will be responsible for the timely and accurate pickup and delivery of cleaning supplies and equipment to various job sites. The Operations Support Driver will be a key link in our logistical chain, enabling our cleaning teams to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate a personal vehicle to transport cleaning supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials to multiple client locations. Follow a predetermined delivery schedule and adapt to any necessary changes or urgent requests. Load and unload supplies and equipment, ensuring items are secured properly to prevent damage during transit. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including any discrepancies or issues. Communicate effectively with the management team and cleaning crews regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your vehicle. Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock levels of frequently used supplies. Represent A & J Cleaning Services professionally and courteously when interacting with clients or on job sites. Perform other logistical support tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role. Strong sense of time management and punctuality. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Good communication skills.
