- Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated Roll Off Driver to join our team.
As a Roll Off Driver, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering roll-off containers to various locations. Currently part-time work making a trip or 2 to the landfill every other day, potentially every day. Great side hustle, direct deposit weekly. Flexible hours of operation, and easy to work with. Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Responsibilities
- Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently
- Transport and deliver roll-off containers to designated locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles
- Secure containers properly for transportation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws
- Experience
- Prior experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in operating roll-off trucks, flatbeds
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance
- Capability for heavy lifting as needed Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license preferred, but not needed (CDL)
- Experience in operating roll off trucks, flatbeds, and heavy vehicles
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred
- Familiarity with dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and load/unload procedures
