The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills. A strong understanding of route driving and the ability to handle heavy lifting is essential. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations. Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling of items to prevent damage. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues encountered during the process. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients. Experience in route driving or courier services is advantageous.
