We’re seeking a motivated Delivery Driver to join our growing team and help ensure that our customers and retail partners receive their orders securely, professionally, and on time. Job Overview As a Cannabis Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the secure transportation of cannabis products in compliance with all state regulations. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service while adhering to strict security and compliance protocols, including METRC tracking . Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, adhering to all Massachusetts cannabis transportation regulations and traffic laws. Accurately track and record product movement using METRC and company delivery software. Load and unload products, ensuring secure transport and chain-of-custody integrity. Deliver cannabis orders to customers or retail partners in a professional, courteous manner. Perform routine vehicle inspections and keep maintenance logs. Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers to coordinate drop-offs and resolve any delays. Maintain delivery documentation, including manifests, customer signatures, and inventory logs. Assist with inventory organization, packaging, or other operational tasks during downtime. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Previous cannabis industry experience , particularly in delivery or logistics. Familiarity with METRC or other seed-to-sale tracking systems is strongly preferred . Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check per state cannabis licensing regulations. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable with technology, including delivery routing apps and inventory software. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and manage frequent entry/exit of vehicle throughout the day. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in compliance documentation. Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism and discretion at all times.
