This position allows you to be part of not only our team but our community. We seek a driver who is committed to safety, customer service and has a genuine caring attitude for children. Gasconade County R-1 offers a competitive salary and board paid health insurance and retirement. In this position, you will drive a daily route of a total of 5 hours. You will perform a variety of duties including: drive a school vehicle while supervising sped students, work with minimal supervision, perform daily pre-trip inspection and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle’s exterior and interior, make decisions putting the safety and well being of the students first and use a professional approach with interpersonal interactions with parents and school staff. Additionally, you will complete monthly reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
