The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong driving skills and the ability to navigate efficiently through designated routes. Responsibilities Operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to customers. Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Load and unload products using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and delivery confirmations. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance. Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the delivery process professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in route driving or commercial driving preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is desirable. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Experience using a pallet jack or forklift is advantageous. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
