A Mast General Store Pricer will attach price tickets to articles of merchandise, sort and pack these items according to specifications. He or she works with humility and grace, embracing and adapting to change while maintaining dignity, respect and compassion at all times. This job must be performed on company property. We are now accepting applications for a Full-time Merchandise Pricer/Back-up Delivery Driver in Valle Crucis, NC.
Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Some essential duties include but are not limited to the following: Marks selling price by hand on boxes containing merchandise, or on price tickets. Attaches price ticket to each article in its proper location. Records the number and types of articles marked and packs them in boxes, ensuring that fragile merchandise is properly packed to reduce breakage. Compares printed price tickets with entries on shipping order to verify accuracy and notifies supervisor of discrepancies. Performs counts of received goods as needed and directed. Occasionally driving our delivery truck and unloading and loading at each location. Must have and maintain a clean driving record and maintain a valid D.O.T medical card.
