Our mission is to deliver exceptional products to restaurants, wine shops, and various businesses throughout the state. We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual based in Asheville, North Carolina, to join our team. This unique hybrid role involves both customer-focused delivery services and active involvement in sales and territory-related tasks. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission for sales generated through accounts where you are the primary point of contact.

Requirements:

Clear criminal background and driving record. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Outstanding customer service abilities, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to follow-through. Flexibility to accommodate modified work hours and weekends as required. Physical capability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds, along with the ability to drive and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

Primary Function:

Delivery Execute daily route deliveries with a focus on punctuality, professionalism, excellent customer service, and meticulous attention to detail. Accurately collect payments owed and maintain detailed records of any issues encountered during deliveries. Operate a refrigerated truck to ensure product quality and integrity. Safeguard product quality during transportation and delivery.

Secondary Function:

Sales and Merchandising Merchandise products at target chain accounts, including stocking shelves, building eye-catching displays and case stacks, and verifying accurate pricing. Collect payments on behalf of territory representatives as needed. Familiarize yourself with Freedom’s product portfolio by studying product books and associated materials. Assist the local team with tasting events and other assigned tasks as required.

Responsibilities may be adjusted based on hours, priorities, and specific needs within the territory. This position will report directly to the Asheville Territory Manager.
