In this role, you will assist in the delivery of goods to customers, ensuring that products are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist the driver in loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle. Ensure that all items are accounted for before departure and upon delivery. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from customers. Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and delivery area. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used to prevent injury. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during deliveries and while operating equipment. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery environment is preferred. Familiarity with commercial driving practices is a plus, including knowledge of manual transmission vehicles. Experience with route driving and moving heavy items is beneficial. Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients during deliveries. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while being self-motivated.
