Essential Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a timely, efficient and friendly manner; Showcase purchased vehicles with enthusiasm and knowledge; Have a working knowledge of all vehicle models, as well as service and performance enhancers; Set up Bluetooth Systems and Navigation; Assist Sales Consultants with demonstrations of vehicle features when needed; Communicate to each guest the importance of the survey while maintaining a positive attitude; Assist management and Sales staff with additional tasks as needed. . Knowledge, Skills and Abilities “Required”: Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively; Possess excellent customer service skills; Must be comfortable sitting and standing for long periods of time; Internet proficient and technology savvy; Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements; All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports; Work schedule around store hours. .
