to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. The Delivery Driver will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient route management. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring proper handling of items. Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Handle paperwork related to deliveries, including invoices, receipts, and delivery logs. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization of goods. Lift heavy items as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used to prevent injury. Skills Experience with route driving and commercial driving is preferred. Proficient in using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with delivery duties. Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus. Previous experience as a van driver or courier is advantageous but not required.
