for qualified CDL drivers. Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills, be safety conscious self-starters, and be willing to be part of an exciting team. All candidates are required to have a clean background & acceptable driving record. This is a physical job that requires continuous lifting of 25-40 pounds, and occasionally up to 165 pound kegs. Driver unloads all products, builds displays, stocks cooler & shelves, and rotates back room stock.

As a Delivery Route Driver, you’re responsible for delivering products to grocery, convenience, and on premise accounts on designated routes. This is a fast paced position that delivers and merchandises some of the very best beverage brands, including high ends soft drinks, natural coconut waters, and even chocolate milk.

Job Qualifications:

Required:

Valid driver’s license for your state of residency and an excellent driving history for the last seven years. (Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed) Ability to obtain CDL permit and the ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements Ability to work in fast paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs. of product repetitively Excellent customer service skills Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis Past job performance must reflect dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound judgment

Preferred:

Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products or retail management experience is strongly preferred Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Responsibilities include: Exercise safe practices and work environment Deliver, fill, merchandise, and rotate products at customer accounts Ensure a look of success appearance of all Harris/Budweiser equipment and products Foster relationships with store management and personnel and provide superior customer service Candidate must be able to obtain a valid medical examiners certificate (medical card).

$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
