Delivery Driver Southeastern Stud Welding, inc 6265 Jennings Road, Lewisville, NC 27023 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and ensuring that all deliveries are completed efficiently. Responsibilities Operate delivery vehicles, including trucks to transport goods to designated locations. Navigate routes effectively while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork for each delivery. Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or concerns. Assist with heavy lifting and moving of products as required. Experience Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with large trucks and towing/hauling is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently. Previous experience using courier services or working in logistics is advantageous.
