Delivery Driver Carolina Stone Products Gastonia, NC 28052 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for job site deliveries while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed. Responsibilities Safely operate a flatbed delivery vehicle Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling of packages to prevent damage. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route completed. Experience Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with route driving and commercial driving practices is advantageous. Experience with heavy lifting and moving items safely is essential. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Knowledge of warehouse operations and courier services is a plus.
