Greensboro, NC Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Delivery Helper to join our logistics team. In this role, you will assist in the efficient delivery of goods to our customers, ensuring that every appliances arrives on time and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, be physically capable of handling heavy lifting, installing, and possess a team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities Assist the Delivery Driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle. Ensure that all appliances are delivered accurately and on time to designated locations. Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with customers during deliveries. Operate warehouse equipment such as hand truck/shoulder straps safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse area. Follow all safety protocols while handling products and operating equipment. Communicate effectively with the delivery team to ensure smooth operations. Must use basic tools to install all appliances including waterline, gas, and electric. Must carry all appliances including refrigerators, washers/dryers, dishwashers, stoves, range hoods, sink garbage disposal etc. into customers residential/commercials area safely with your delivery driver. Experience Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus. Experience with commercial driving or as a delivery driver is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting with hand truck/shoulder straps(up to 350 pounds) regularly throughout the shift. Knowledge of operating box trucks for deliveries is beneficial. Experience using equipment such as hand truck and shoulder strap is desirable. Experience in basic tools for installation.
