Materials Logistics Specialist/Delivery Driver Santos Construction & Remodeling Fletcher, NC 28732 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and organized Material Delivery Driver. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient flow of materials from the supply houses and our storage facilities, to the necessary job sites. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in driving flat bed trailers up to 20+ feet in length, be able to lift 50-70 lbs. throughout the day, and will have a clean driving record. We are needing someone to work Monday – Friday and there would be optional Saturdays for the correct candidate looking for extra hours/shifts. The M-F schedule would be either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm which are the hours of the supply houses. Duties Maintain the cleanliness of all job equipment, trucks, trailers, tools, etc. Organize all paper records of pickups and deliveries of materials on a daily basis. Manage schedule for ensuring timely deliveries to all job sites. Communicate needs and or obstacles clearly with construction leads and supervisors on a daily basis/ as needed basis. Desire to grow within the company and take on more responsibility with time. Experience Clean driving record. Ability to drive various types of trucks and trailers (NO CDL required). Construction job site experience is a plus.
