We are a full service pharmacy specializing in retail pharmacy with an emphasis on medication compliance. Pharmacy Hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM

• 6:00 PM, Saturday 9 AM
• 1 PM, closed on Sundays. Deliveries will only be made Monday
• Friday, no weekends, to all eligible patients residing in Johnston County at no charge.

You will be expected to arrive between 9:30-10 a.m. daily to prepare for your delivery route. Job Summary Responsible for organizing verified prescriptions for delivery to patients in Johnston County on a daily basis. Job Responsibilities Assists the Pharmacy team with preparing all designated prescriptions for delivery each business day Promptly communicates with Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and/or pharmacy team members if there is an issue with a delivery Resolution of incorrect delivery in a timely manner Arranges work activities so that prescription deliveries can leave the pharmacy no later than 11:15 a.m. each day Maintains the working condition of the delivery vehicle, including but not limited to: notifying Pharmacy Manager of any necessary repairs in a timely manner, keeping the vehicle clean at all times, maintaining the necessary fluid/tire pressure levels to ensure function/safety of vehicle, coordinate quarterly vehicle inspections with Pharmacy Manager, etc. Maintains confidentiality of patient and proprietary information. Observes legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of patient and proprietary information. Understands and complies with HIPPA. Performs related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Basic level computer skills Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services Knowledge or ability to learn PioneerRx Software interfaces (i.e., Pioneer Delivery App)
