Field Delivery Associate Chefella’s LLC Benson, NC 27504 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various types of cargo. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload goods efficiently Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with company standards. Manage delivery schedules effectively, ensuring timely arrival at each destination. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations. Handle returns or exchanges in a professional manner as required by customers. Experience Previous experience in a delivery or courier role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients effectively. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; commercial driving experience is beneficial.
