The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate delivery vehicles efficiently. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate deliveries. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and care of items. Navigate routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients at delivery points. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary for loading and unloading tasks. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization. Familiarity with route driving techniques for efficient navigation. Experience in moving, loading, and unloading goods safely and effectively. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus.
