Hagers Ferry Road, Denver, NC 28037 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and efficient Parts Runner to join our team.
MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting parts and supplies to various locations, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to navigate routes effectively. Duties Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport parts and supplies to designated locations. Load and unload items using a pallet jack or manual handling techniques. Follow assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients and vendors. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and inventory logs. Assist in organizing the warehouse and ensuring that all parts are stored correctly. Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Skills Proven experience as a van driver or delivery driver, with a clean driving record. Familiarity with route driving and moving logistics. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and communication. Experience using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment is an advantage. Basic knowledge of commercial driving regulations is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
