In this role, you’ll help get our beer into the hands of customers across the region, build strong relationships with accounts, and support events that showcase our brand. Responsibilities:

Serve as a brand ambassador for Lost Worlds during deliveries, sales calls, and onsite tastings/tap takeovers Manage delivery routes and schedules to ensure efficient, accurate, and on-time product deliveries to all accounts Represent Lost Worlds Brewing at customer locations, provide accurate documentation, obtain signatures, and accept payment Manage all facets of the customer relationship including additional orders, keg returns, and resolving issues Use brewery management software to log deliveries, sales, keg deposits/returns, and account activity Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, product storage areas, and related equipment Perform draft line cleaning and ensure accounts maintain proper service standards Represent the brewery at tastings, tap takeovers, and events by setting up, serving, and engaging with attendees Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with state laws and company policy This is a full-time role with a variable schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on delivery needs and events Potential to support brewery operations in additional roles as time allows

Qualifications:

Must be 21 or over Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and no alcohol-related offenses in the past two years Ability to lift up to 175 lbs and follow safe work practices Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
