Food Truck Operator A Taste of Culture Cornelius, NC 28031 Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Truck Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, preparing and serving food, and handling transactions efficiently. Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. Operate cash registers and POS systems for accurate cash handling and customer transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the food truck, including sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and utensils. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring the dining area is tidy for customers. Provide excellent customer service by helping customers with their orders and addressing any inquiries. Follow food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to operate a cash register and POS system efficiently. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
