We serve our customers through multiple retail markets, a growing prepared foods kitchen, and a robust wholesale operation — and our delivery drivers are a crucial link in that chain. We’re looking for a Local Delivery Driver who is reliable, respectful, and passionate about seafood and service. This team member helps ensure our seafood arrives on time, in perfect condition, and with a positive attitude that reflects our values. Position Summary The Local Delivery Driver is responsible for the timely and safe transportation of seafood products to our markets, wholesale clients, restaurants, and other locations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset. The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, efficient under pressure, and takes pride in being a trustworthy and dependable representative of Seaview Crab Company. Key Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and unload fresh and frozen seafood, prepared foods, and supplies Ensure timely deliveries to Seaview markets, restaurants, and partner accounts Perform basic vehicle checks before and after each route (fuel, refrigeration, tire pressure, etc.) Maintain clean, organized, and temperature-compliant vehicles Follow delivery schedules and communicate delays or issues as they arise Accurately track and submit delivery logs, invoices, and customer signatures Represent Seaview professionally and courteously at every stop Assist in other warehouse or delivery-related duties as needed (packing, organizing, cleaning)

Qualifications Required:

Valid NC driver’s license with clean driving record Experience driving vans or small delivery trucks Excellent time management and route efficiency skills Strong communication and teamwork mindset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold storage environments Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Passion for seafood and an understanding of its handling and care

Preferred:
