As a
DELIVERY ROUTE DRIVER-FULL
SERVICE, you will be responsible for safely delivering, unloading, stocking and maintaining our beverage products in our customer accounts. Professional appearance, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service skills required.

Job Description:
1. Visit accounts as scheduled to deliver product.
2. Ensure all sales, transactions, and POS are inpliance with ABC regulations.
3. Work safely andply with CBC policies and processes to ensure proper material handling techniques and defensive driving; use appropriate PPE; and, attend all required safety training.
4. Comply with all DOT regulations. Follow all policies and procedures associated with daily vehicle inspections, driving, substance abuse, and hours of service requirements.
5. Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account and with CBC sales staff. Represent CBC in a professional manner by professional appearance andmunication. Communicate timely and effectively with sales staff and management team to escalate any customer concerns or issues.
6. Rotate product inpliance with customer, supplier, and CBC policy. Stock shelves, build displays, and merchandise/organize back stock, shelves and coolers.
7. Remove out of date and/or damaged product on a pre-approved management exception; remove all empty kegs and pallets.
8. Price product (for specific accounts designated as driver-priced).
9. Verify ticket and product information, obtain customer signature, and collect payment; secure cash and checks in safe and locked cab of truck to prevent theft.
10. Responsible for daily, accurate settlement of route.
11. Responsible for the care and maintenance ofpany-assigned property and equipment.
12. Responsible for providing guidance and direction to route assistants on the route.
13. Responsible for regular and punctual attendance to ensure product is delivered timely to CBC customers.
14. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Possess education equivalent to a high school diploma. Possess valid, active CDL Class A license, 1-2 year’s CDL-A driving experience and similar delivery distribution experience preferred.

Employee must regularly/constantly reach knee to shoulder, handle/grip, lift/push/pull exerting force over 20 pounds, hear and see. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, eye-hand coordination, acuity, and ability to adjust focus.
