The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting processed dry cleaning and laundry to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, the ability to use a designated delivery app and the ability to handle heavy lifting. The Delivery Driver will operate a box truck and should experience in this type of vehicle. Duties Safely operate a box truck to deliver products to designated locations. Load and unload goods onto truck. Follow designated routes and schedules for efficient delivery. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance. Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience in route driving or courier services preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to lift heavy items safely (up to 50 pounds). Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
