The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate various routes effectively. Responsibilities Load and unload commerical truck tires from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are secured properly. Operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment as needed. Drive a commercial vehicle to designated locations. Perform route driving efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Handle heavy commerical truck tires as required during deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes. Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled for daily operations. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial driving or as a courier is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus. Ability to operate a van or similar delivery vehicle safely and efficiently. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving tasks. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
