We are looking for responsible, hardworking individuals with an excellent attitude to fill the following positions:

Box Truck Drivers:

Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of our products to retail and wholesale customers.

Warehouse Helpers:

Responsible for assisting with receiving, organizing, loading, and unloading merchandise in our warehouse. What will you do? (Tasks may vary depending on the position):

• Drive box trucks or delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, following assigned routes.
• Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently, using appropriate equipment (dollies, etc.).
• Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery and obtain delivery signatures.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition, reporting any mechanical problems.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues.
• Participate in general warehouse tasks, such as organizing shelves, counting inventory, and cleaning the work area.
• Comply with all safety regulations and traffic laws. What do you need?
• Fluency in Spanish and English required. Essential for communication with customers and colleagues!
• Valid regular driver’s license.
• Impeccable driving record: No serious traffic violations, no DUIs/DWIs!
• Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to teamwork.
• Cell phone with service (A2Z provides a stipend for monthly payment).
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 60 lbs / 28 kg).
• Availability to work rotating schedules, including holidays if necessary.
• Previous experience in driving, home delivery, or warehouse work is a PLUS. What do we offer?
