Commonwealth pays drivers more because we put our drivers first! Drivers receive annual reviews and compensation based on their ability to meet Safety Standards, Attendance Standards and provide Quality Service to Amazon Customers. Our incentive program exceeds any other DSP in the program. Job Description:

• -Work independently
• -Company vehicle provided
• -Be customer obsessed
• -Load/unload and drive an Amazon-branded vehicle (Cargo Vans or Step Vans)
• -Use handheld device for routing information and customer delivery
• -Operate a GPS
• -8 to 10-hour shifts
• -Deliver packages up to 50lbs
• -Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• -Workout while you work. Cancel your gym membership, you’ll stay active delivering 200 or more packages ranging from envelopes to boxes weighing up to 50lbs
• -Participate in team activities, contests, BBQ’s, celebrations…
