Job Description:

We are currently looking for 5-10 skilled professionals to join our team as delivery and assembly specialists for Mattress delivery at our warehouse in Robbinsville, NJ. Each team will include a driver and a helper responsible for delivering and installing items such as sofas, beds, tables, shelving units, and primarily fitness equipment like Peloton bikes. –

DRIVERS/HELPERS NEEDED Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a non-CDL 26ft box truck. Deliver and install furniture items, including sofas, beds, tables, and shelving units. Provide outstanding customer service throughout the delivery and installation process. Manage daily routes and schedules efficiently. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Appliance or furniture delivery and installation.

For drivers:

Ability to drive a non-CDL 26ft box truck. Excellent knowledge of furniture assembly and installation procedures. Strong customer service skills. Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor. Ability to use a mobile phone for navigation and communication. Availability to work early morning shifts (starting at 6 AM), with finish times Open to working 10-12 stops per day with Monday to Sunday availability.

Compensation:

Competitive daily flat rate, paid in cash.

Additional Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently deliver furniture to customers on assigned routes. Load and unload delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment as necessary. Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating delivery vehicles.

Skills:

Excellent driving skills with a valid driver’s license. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. Strong customer service skills to ensure satisfaction during deliveries. Proficiency in route driving and navigating through various locations. Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks as needed. $154.25 – $166.58 per day + TIP Expected hours: 40 per week
