Position Overview As a Delivery Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring timely, professional, and compliant delivery of cannabis products directly to customers. You’ll be the face of our service — with tools, training, and support provided to succeed. Key Responsibilities Secure pickup and delivery of cannabis orders from retail partners Navigate routes efficiently using our dispatch platform (OnFleet)(B to C) Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation Uphold safety and compliance standards under NJ law Provide courteous and professional customer service Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team leads What You’ll Need 21+ years old Valid NJ driver’s license & clean driving record Reliable, insured vehicle & smartphone Must pass state check & fingerprinting Basic tech skills and comfort using delivery apps Strong communication and time management skills Have current registration, inspection sticker, and auto insurance (must include at least $300,000 liability coverage) What We Provide $16/hour base pay + 100% of tips Gas, mileage, and delivery tools are fully covered Application/fingerprinting fee reimbursed after approval $300 referral bonus per approved driver (no limit) Flexible scheduling and growth potential Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable driving, standing, or walking for extended periods Able to navigate via GPS and operate delivery app Apply Today Join a growing business shaping the future of cannabis access in New Jersey.
